Description of Service
WayPDF provides browser-based PDF tools including merge, split, compress, convert, OCR, and document security features. All processing occurs locally on your device using WebAssembly. No files are uploaded to any server.
No Data Collection
WayPDF does not collect, store, transmit, or process your document files on any server. All operations execute within your browser's memory. We use minimal analytics (page views only) to improve the Service.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files before using any tool. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
WayPDF and its codebase, design, and brand assets are the intellectual property of WayPDF. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
WayPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Since all processing occurs locally, we have no access to your documents.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
